"& enjoy" Steps

Step 1: Create Your Text

1. Add Text: Click on the part of the frame where you want your title to appear and type your text (e.g., "& enjoy").

2. Adjust Size and Font:

   - Increase the text size so it takes up most of the frame.

   - Change the font to something cinematic, like Impact.

3. Align Text:

   - Center the text on the X and Y axis.

   - Adjust the text duration to match the video layer.

Step 2: Apply the Track Matte Key Effect

1. Effects Library: Go to the effects library and search for “Track Matte Key.”

2. Apply Effect: Drag the Track Matte Key effect onto your video layer (not the text layer).

3. Effect Controls:

   - Go to effect controls and locate the Track Matte Key options.

   - Under the “Matte” dropdown, select “Video 2” (or the track number where your text is located).

Step 3: Animate the Text

1. Highlight Text Layer: Select the text layer.

2. Scale and Keyframe:

   - Scale the text up until it is not visible (e.g., 2000++ scale).

   - Set a keyframe at the beginning.

   - Move forward a few seconds and reset the scale to normal by hitting the reset parameter button.

3. Ease In:

   - Right-click the keyframe and select “Ease In” for a smoother stop.

   - Adjust the duration if needed to make the animation smoother.

Step 4: Add a Color Gradient Transition

1. New Item: Go to your project window, click on “New Item,” and select “Color Matte.”

2. Select Color: Choose a color that fits your theme.

3. Place Color Matte: Drag the color matte onto the timeline and align it to start halfway through the clip.

4. Adjust Duration: Make sure the color matte duration matches the text layer.

Step 5: Apply Track Matte Key to Color Matte

1. Apply Effect: Drag the Track Matte Key effect onto the color matte layer.

2. Effect Controls:

   - In the effect controls, under “Matte,” select the same track number.

Step 6: Add a Four Color Gradient

1. Effects Library: Search for “Four Color Gradient” in the effects panel under Video Effects > Generate.

2. Apply Effect: Drag and drop the Four Color Gradient effect onto the color matte layer.

3. Customize Colors: Adjust the four color points to your desired colors.

Step 7: Add Gradient Wipe Transition

1. Effects Library: Search for “Gradient Wipe” under Video Transitions > Wipe.

2. Apply Effect: Drag and drop the Gradient Wipe transition between the video layer and the color matte layer.

3. Adjust Softness: Increase the softness to make the transition smoother.

4. Adjust Duration: Extend the duration of the transition for a more gradual effect.
